Werner Enterprises required the transformation of nine acres of overgrown land with excessively steep grades into a functional truck and trailer storage area. Red Clay regraded the site to create safe, usable surfaces and enhanced stability by crushing and repurposing over 800 tons of existing aggregate on-site for riprap applications. An additional 1,800 tons of asphalt millings were imported, spread, and compacted to establish durable driving and parking areas. The project also included the installation of multiple access driveways and a new guard shack, complete with connected sewer, water, and power utilities for full operational readiness.
