 The Truck Farm in Emerson, Georgia offers capacity for up to 425 truck and trailer parking spaces within a fully secured facility featuring 24-hour security.  Development of the site required the movement of over 250,000 cubic yards of material, establishing it as one of the largest secured truck and trailer parking facilities in northwest Georgia.  The property also includes four retention ponds, along with additional underground stormwater systems designed to meet the City of Emerson’s regulatory requirements.
