The client required a full regrading and repair of all roadways to restore proper drainage across the site, addressing ongoing flooding issues caused by uncontrolled stormwater runoff. Our team improved water flow by reshaping roadway profiles and eliminating low-lying areas where water had been collecting. Additionally, the primary detention pond was cleared of overgrown vegetation to increase its capacity and efficiency in managing water volume. To complete the improvements, all roadways were topped with 2 inches of new #57 stone, providing a durable, well-draining surface for long-term performance.
