Scott’s Truck Yard Improvement project encompassed a comprehensive scope of site development, which included the installation of 450 linear feet of 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and the construction of two sediment ponds for effective stormwater management. The project also featured 25,000 square feet of 8-inch concrete paving, alongside 24,000 square feet of 6-inch asphalt paving. Additionally, the project involved 72,000 square feet of subgrade removal and replacement to ensure the long-term stability and performance of the site.
